We were going with a reputable fireplace company to have a new gas fireplace installed, but when I talked to my contractor, he said why don’t I give Jayden a call. To be honest, I had Jayden out before to work on my furnace, but didn’t know he installed gas fireplaces. We are very appreciative of this recommendation. We dealt with Chad in the showroom and from there on it was a great experience.
Chad was very knowledgeable, communicated well with our contractor, and Ryan and Tyler were awesome on the install. Answered all of our questions and were very tidy and efficient. After being let down badly by several other plumbers, Jayden's guys came in and fixed all the previous mistakes and got the system to pass inspection. The guys showed up on time, were friendly, polite, and respectful, and only billed for their time on-site. Communication was very good and always responded to any questions. Jayden Mechanical was suggested by the inspector and they certainly didn't disappoint. Highly recommended!

Jayden and his skilled crew saved us. The AC at our rental cottage decided that it was time to quit on the hottest day of the year. Jayden responded quickly (within an hour) and had us up and running with a new rental unit quickly and seamlessly. He corresponded with the manufacturer of the previous warranty AC unit on our behalf, gave us credit for the previous unit, and installed a new unit more appropriate for the cottage size. He also identified and corrected ductwork and cold air return issues neglected for years by our previous service company. Jayden and his crew’s personal honest approach has clearly demonstrated to us that not only are they skilled at what they do but that they would rather give an honest opinion than the invoice for unnecessary service. We will be using Jayden for a long time to come, we are so very grateful to have found him.

Could not be more impressed and happy with this amazing company! I had issues with my water heater when I moved to my new home. I called them and the entire team wanted to help solve the problem quickly. Even offered tips until they could come to diagnose. From reception to management and employees, they were very kind and caring. Josh ensured everything was set up prior and answered my questions quickly. We called them on a Sunday and they were there first thing Monday morning. I have had issues with our air conditioner since it was installed and the other company never could fix it properly. They were very thorough and checked everything that could be wrong. It is running great and much better than before.

Jayden's Mechanical took on a difficult job when they agreed to do the plumbing for our home. We live in a trailer home that is very old with outdated plumbing. It was a disaster and took multiple visits to get the plumbing done properly, and install the shower, toilet and sinks/vanity. They were amazing! We highly recommend this company!
